My name is Todd Secatello, I am a Residential Home Builder and Excavating Contractor. The homes I sell are mostly Spec homes where I own the land and build the home for resale.
I was raised in a home where my grandfather made his living through Construction and Real Estate. He did new construction, home remodeling and owned many rental properties. I grew up on these job sites watching and learning. When I was old enough to go to work I chose the field of Construction. I've worked for Excavating, Plumbing and Home Builder companies. Over 25 years ago I decided to open my own company. I started out doing Plumbing in new residential homes which included well pumps and gas piping. I then purchased a Backhoe and started installing Septic Systems and small Excavating jobs. In the late 90's my company did Plumbing and remodeling at Andrews AFB and Fort Belvoir. I was then able to build my first spec house and have increased to over 100 houses through the years. I have added new Excavating equipment to the company as it continues to grow. I look forward to servicing the needs of new customers.

Using the most modern technology available I can design the best Septic System for your site. I also do Well Pump Replacement. I use Myers or Guald Pumps. I give a 5 year warranty on parts and labor that I install.
